Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, tap your profile, then Settings → Delete account. All your data, matches, and messages are permanently removed.
How do I report or block another player?
From any chat or profile, tap the menu in the top-right and choose Report or Block. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
How does skill-level matching work?
You set your skill level during onboarding, and Match Point surfaces players close to your level so games are competitive.
My location isn't showing the right courts.
Match Point only shows courts within your search radius. You can widen it from the home screen, or check that location permissions are enabled in iOS Settings.
I'm having a different problem.
